We ship by Fed Ex, USPS and UPS depending on the size of the item ordered.

REGULAR SHIPMENTS: All "FREE shipping" orders within the Continental United States are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-9 days days for your order to arrive, when selecting Free Parcel Select shipping business. Feel free to contact with any shipping inquiries.
Over-sized items are shipped by UPS and will be received in 4-6 business days, after they are shipped. Please feel free to email us with any shipping questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Special orders are shipped within the time specified in the item details of the product ordered and are not eligible for return.
All shortages must be reported within 10 days of the receipt of goods. The customer must check the shipment for freight damages before accepting the goods from the carrier or UPS. Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt. All other concealed damages must be reported within 10 days or receipt of goods or they will not be honored.
International orders will be charged current USPS International Priority Mail or UPS International rates and are subject to Internional USPS & UPS shipping time. Recipients are also responsible for any additional customs fees that may be incurred on their end.
