While our office has limited staff, our online ordering site is open for business. We have someone in our warehouse every day to process orders. We ship by Fed Ex, USPS, UPS and by Professional Trucking Companies, depending on the size of the item ordered.

REGULAR SHIPMENTS: We offer free shipping for orders within the Lower Continental 48 United States, these orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days, unless the item details say differently. Please allow an additional 3-9 days for your order to arrive, when selecting the Free Parcel Select shipping option. Feel free to contact us with any shipping inquiries.
Over-sized items are shipped by UPS, Fed Ex or Trucking Companies and are usually shipped within the time stated in the product detail page. Free ground shipping does NOT include lift gate or inside delivery. Most individual styling chairs ship by free Fed Ex ground. Larger items such as stations or order for multiple chairs and/or stations are shipped by free trucking, however do not include lift gate service. Please contact us for additional delivery services. Some residential deliveries may be subject to an additional residential fee. Please feel free to contact us with any shipping questions.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR ALL REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL BE AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE AND DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE REFUSED ITEM/ITEMS.
Special orders are most often shipped within the time specified in the item details of the product ordered and are not eligible for return. Please contact us for more accurate ship times.
All shortages must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of goods. The customer must check the shipment for freight damages before accepting the goods from the freight carrier, UPS or Fed Ex. Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours. All packing boxes must be kept for a claim to be filed. All other concealed damages must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods or they will not be honored. Please take photos of all damaged items and the shipping boxes/containers they came in.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS WHEN RECEIVING PRODUCT:
All items leave our warehouse in brand new and working condition. It is possible for items to be damaged during shipping, no matter the precautions taken, so we strongly suggest you thoroughly survey and inventory the shipment as it is unloaded. Please use the packing slip as a reference. All damages or the appearance of damage on the packaging must be noted on the delivery driver's paperwork prior to signing for the order. In the event damage occurs during shipping or delivery, replacement goods cannot be ordered without notation of damages on the shipping documents. Pictures of the damages, including the packaging and product should be taken to assist in successfully processing a claim. Please notify your account manager immediately if any damages are observed.
YOU MUST NOTE DAMAGES ON THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION IN ORDER TO MAKE A CLAIM.
Unless your order specifically notes "inside delivery" then you will be responsible for unloading the items from the truck. Please make sure you have the proper equipment and people available to do this. Be mindful that your order may be of considerable size and weight. Carrier will provide delivery to your loading dock, parking lot, driveway, curbside, or other location to which the carrier can safely and legally back the truck up to.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REDELIVERY, OR CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL CARRIER SERVICES (LIKE LIFTGATE OR INSIDE DELIVERY) THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PRE-PAID AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER. You will receive an invoice for these services directly from the carrier.
